Once received, we aim to process your return within 3-5 business days. We recommend you take note of your own tracking information and receipt, as we won't be able to track or monitor this for you!.
In case of your package, or item is damaged, or missed or you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo and explanation through Return Center or Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of receiving the package and the CS representative will
