Currently, we do not offer the provision of a return shipping label. Therefore, the responsibility for returning the item lies with the customer, and the associated return delivery costs must be coordinated by the customer directly with the chosen courier service.

Please note, effective from October 2023:

For customers in the United States (US): We now have the capability to furnish customers with a local UPS shipping label; however, it is important to emphasize that the cost of this return shipping label must be borne by the customer. The shipping label will be transmitted to the customer via email, and a return shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount. Customers will only need to visit the nearest post office or UPS facility to effectuate the return.

For customers in Canada (CA): We can provide a closer address within the United States, which can significantly reduce shipping costs. Nevertheless, it is important to clarify that the shipping label will not be provided. Customers in Canada are required to make independent arrangements for the return shipment.
