WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED / REFUNDED?Updated 2 years ago

If you've placed an order and received a refund or cancellation email, we sincerely apologize! This happens when the product quantity wasn't available when it came time to fulfill your order.

Not to worry! The cancellation/refund notification confirms that we've already gone ahead and issued a refund for the out-of-stock item(s). The refund will appear back in your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s clearance times.
