If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, LEWKIN can submit a formal investigation request to the carrier on your behalf.
However, please note that according to the carrier’s policy, Proof of Delivery (POD) and related shipping records are only retained for up to 45 days after the delivery date.
If a non-receipt, loss, or misdelivery issue is reported more than 45 days after the delivery date, please be aware that:
A formal carrier investigation cannot be initiated
Delivery driver confirmation and POD review will not be available
Additional delivery verification documents cannot be obtained
As a result, orders reported more than 45 days after the marked delivery date cannot be investigated or compensated.
