Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax PAID in advance to most countries, including:

• USA

• Canada

• UK

• All European countries

• Australia

• New Zealand

• Hong Kong

For the following countries, shipments will be delivered with duty and tax UNPAID:

Countries

• Afghanistan

• Brazil

• India

• Japan

• Kazakhstan

• Kyrgyzstan

• Moldova

• Pakistan

• Tajikistan

• Tunisia

• Uzbekistan

Regions

• Guam (U.S. territory)

• Saipan (U.S. territory)

For countries where duty and tax are delivered unpaid, import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination.
In such cases:

• Customers are fully responsible for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept the parcel due to import duties or taxes.

• According to customs regulations, we cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue them to avoid customs charges. The full product price must be declared.

📌 Important Note for Shipments to Mexico:
Due to updated Mexican customs regulations, all recipients must provide a valid TAX ID (RFC) and complete customs registration in order for the shipment to be released.
If this requirement is not met, the package may be rejected or discarded by Mexican customs, and no refund or reshipment will be possible.
