If your package status is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please consider the following steps:
- Check the delivery address: Verify if the address you provided is correct.
- Look for a delivery notice: Check for a door tag or any notes indicating an attempted delivery.
- Inspect common areas: Look in areas like parcel lockers, mailboxes, or in front of the door, as well as a security office.
- Ask others: Check with neighbors, family members, or friends to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact the delivery company: Reach out to the local delivery company or the driver directly, as the item might still be with them.
If the package was marked as delivered to your address:
- If tracking details show the package was left at the front door, you will need to search for it yourself. Unfortunately, LEWKIN cannot compensate for stolen items.
- Contact your local delivery company: If you suspect the package is lost, contact them and reach out to our Help Center within 7 days of the delivery date.
Delivery without Signature:
- If you selected contact-free delivery, please be aware that there is a risk of loss or damage. By choosing this option, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage, and LEWKIN cannot provide compensation.
If you selected signature-based delivery:
- If the package was delivered with a signature and you cannot locate it after 7 business days, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
Please note:
- Claims for missing packages are at LEWKIN’s discretion.
- LEWKIN is not responsible for packages lost, held, or damaged when shipped to freight forwarding services. If your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your package.
