MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT!Updated a year ago

We deliver all the packages via DHL. Before it is scheduled for delivery, they will send you an email to check if you are available to receive it.

If you are not available to receive the package at the time DHL scheduled, then you can also reschedule via email with DHL or received the package without a signature. They will deliver the package to the place you requested.

However, we have to say, that delivery without a signature has a risk of loss or damage, which means the receiver agrees to be liable for loss/damage. After you requested this contact-free delivery, then we take no responsibility for any loss and damage.

Please note - Missing package claim refunds are at the discretion of LEWKIN. We suggest filing a claim with the local carrier directly. LEWKIN is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages sent to freight forwarding services. If you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.
