You just need to enter your order number and the email used for purchasing.

Step 2

What happens next depends on your shipping country

Whether a return label is provided, and where you ship your package, depends on your region.

🇺🇸 United States

A UPS return label will be emailed to you
A $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
Print your order confirmation, write your RMA number on it, and place it inside the package
Pack all return items securely along with the printed order confirmation
Attach the UPS label to the outside of the box and seal the package securely
Drop it off at any UPS location or post office
