How are customs duties handled for shipments to India / Brazil?Updated 20 days ago
For orders shipped to India and Brazil,
all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee (recipient), in accordance with local customs regulations.
After your order is placed, the following process will apply.
1️⃣ Customs Duty Confirmation
If your order is shipped to an address in India or Brazil,
an automatic email will be sent to confirm whether you agree to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes.
2️⃣ If You Agree to Pay the Duties
Once you reply to the email confirming your agreement to pay the customs duties,
your order will be released and processed for shipment.
3️⃣ If You Do Not Agree to Pay the Duties
If you inform us that you do not wish to pay the customs duties,
your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
4️⃣ If No Response Is Received
If we do not receive any response regarding customs duty confirmation:
Day 3: A reminder email will be sent.
By Day 7: If no response is received,
the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
If no response is provided, the order will be handled automatically according to this process without further individual notice.
⚠️ Important Notice
If a package is returned or discarded due to refusal to pay customs duties or customs-related issues, no refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for any delays, returns, or disposals caused by customs clearance issues.
