Can I change my order?

Please note that orders can only be modified before they leave our warehouse. If your order is still in processing, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help modify your order for you.


Is is possible to cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel your order within the initial 6-hour period after placing it. If you wish to cancel, follow these steps:


1. Sign in to your account on our Lewkin website or mobile application.

2. Identify your order by clicking on the relevant order details.

3. You will find a "cancel" button within the order details.

4. Click on this "cancel" button to start the cancellation process.

5. Once cancelled, a refund will be automatically initiated.


Can I cancel my order even if I don't possess an account?

Absolutely! You can still cancel your order even if you don't have an account with us. Following your order placement, you will receive a confirmation email.

In this email, you will find a "view your order" button, clicking on which will direct you to your order information on our website.

Upon reaching the order information page, you can locate the "cancel" button in the "Other actions" section. Simply click on it to proceed with your order cancellation.
